GENERAL POLICIES

The listed prices are only valid for the date of consultation.
Prices are subject to change and will only be respected as shown on the website, if the service you requested has been confirmed and charged to your credit card and you received a confirmation number.
Once you have made your reservation you need to give written or verbal authorization to make for your credit card charge. Once given authorization, you also declare that you have read and have complete knowledge and understand our reservation policies and payments, and policy changes and cancellations.
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of application
You cannot guarantee the reservation of the requested service until you have made full payment.
In some cases that are properly marked for you to identify them before filling out your contract information and number of credit card, you will need to check the availability directly with the service operator before confirmation is issued.
Please keep in mind that this process of verification and confirmation , may take no longer than 24 hours.
To avoid any inconveniece, please print your voucher reservation and have it ready at the time of check-in.
If you need to make a change to your reservation, please contact ventas@jungletourbarracuda.com or your sales agent and have your reservation or confirmation number at hand.
We suggest you TO read the cancellation policies in the following section .
Any change is subject to availability and rate adjustment when necessary.
Our cancellation policies apply at any time without any exception.

PAYMENT POLICIES

The amount corresponding to your reservation will be charged inmediatly to the credit card you provide us, ever since this has a confirmed status reserved.
Please keep in mind that you credit card billing acount will show you that our Company REEF ADVENTURES S.A. de C.V. is responsable of the charge.
Checkfront accepts, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We can also receive electronic transfer as an alternative form of payment, for more information please contact: ventas@jungletourbarracuda.com.
The Price of the service at the website is listed in American dollars.
The mexican pesos will be converted in American dollars with the exchange rate of the date of transaction.
This movement can cause you a variation of 3% over the international rate exchange and this difference will be show on your credit card billing account.
www.jungletourbarracuda.com will not be responsible for this variation once you accept the payment policies, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the exchange rate flow and declare what you agree on the corresponding charge.
www.jungletourbarracuda.com provides its services according to its international quality standards and is a reliable provider for these services.
Our responsability is limited to our rates and conditions of service.
www.jungletourbarracuda.com declares that the photographic material published on the website intends to show the service in a general way and in no way can guarantee that the service will be provided as shown.
www.jungletourbarracuda.com assumes no responsibility for any claim, cost or expense arising from injuries of clients or third parties, or caused by accidents, death, loss or damage to private property, lack of enjoyment or claim on emotional or mental state , disappointment, anguish, frustration, or any other physical, mental or emotional damage arising from the following:

a) The acts committed or omissions caused by any party other than www.jungletourbarracuda.com or its employees.

b) Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather or port declaration closed by the authority or some other circumstance beyond the control of www.jungletourbarracuda.com

c) Customer default to the service policies, rules and instructions not limited to the schedules and policies of the original voucher.

d) Changes or cancellations of the services offered despite the reason; www.jungletourbarracuda.com reserves the right to cancel or change services, but will try to replace them with another service. If the reservation must be completely canceled www.jungletourbarracuda.com will limit your liability to the amount of the refund paid.

e) The full refund will not be guaranteed by www.jungletourbarracuda.com in situations where the service must be interrupted, postponed or canceled for reasons beyond its control (acts such as bad weather, including hurricanes, earthquakes, war, acts of terrorism or some other), negligent behavior, abuse of the equipment or incapacity of the operator, circumstances under which www.jungletourbarracuda.com is not allowed to give the full refund of the service in specific terms of the contract.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Any cancellation requested must be addressed in writing to reservas@jungletourbarracuda.com or through your travel agent with the reservation number as a reference base. In case of tour reservation:

a) At the moment of booking, the cancellation policies will be automatically shown for your information. The next general policies of cancelation will apply to the tours:

i) Cancellation requested within a period equal to or greater than 24 hours before the date of service, will not incur any penalty.

ii) Cancellation requested with less than 24 hours from the date of service or a “NO SHOW” are 100% non-refundable.

iii) Being in an inconvenient state (under the effect of narcotic or psychotropic substances) is subject to cancellation without refund.

PRICE POLICIES

It is considered adult person 12 years and older.
Is considered a kid from 4 to 11 years
Is considered a baby from 0 to 3 years (Free entrance)
Both adults and kids will aditionally pay $13.00 usd for the Access to the Marine Park (Reef Tax) and Dock Fee, this should be paid in cash per person before boarding at the check in.

RESTRICTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Capacity for 2, 3 or 4 people per boat (if you want to drive alone you have to buy 2 tickets)
Participants that do not know how to swim can realize the activity under their own risk.
Pregnant woman can realize the activity under their own risk.
Weight limit 500 lb / 250 kg (combined between 2 people).
It´s forbidden for people to be under the effect of alcohol or any other illegal substance.
Maximum age 65 years recommended.
Minimum age for driving 18 years, ID required.
